Fight for Kindness 2025: A Typographic Movement for Empathy & Positive Change

Can design shift attitudes, spark empathy, and soften the world just a little? For the fourth year running, Fight for Kindness answers with a powerful, resounding yes.

Launched in 2022, the global project driven by TypeCampus and sponsored by ZetaFonts returns this November with global exhibitions to coincide with World Kindness Day (November 13), rallying creatives everywhere to use letterforms as catalysts for compassion. Since its inception, Fight for Kindness has united over 600 designers from 75 countries, generating more than 760 posters that champion empathy, dignity and diversity in a world that sorely needs it.

This year’s edition carries that mission forward with even greater ambition, and a truly international voice. With work spanning 34 writing systems and 19 exhibitions worldwide, the campaign highlights typography as a universal language, capable of crossing borders and breaking down barriers through form, emotion and intention.

A Global Chorus of Creative Voices

The international exhibitions will celebrate design and typography while offering space for reflection, care and community. Alongside hundreds of global submissions, this year features original contributions from an inspiring roster of guest artists including Joshua Davis, Birgit Palma, Mat Voyce, Kris Andrew Small, Samar Maakaroun of Pentagram, and many others.

The 2025 Annual

In addition to the exhibition circuit, Fight for Kindness will also release a new annual in January 2026, Visual Voices for Change, a 400+ page anthology featuring interviews, insights and a foreword by legendary design critic Steven Heller, available for preorder starting today.
