“The Best Bars in America” Coaster Set by Sam Soulek

“Esquire Magazine asked me to do a series of six coasters for their annual “The Best Bars in America” issue. They wanted the coasters to have a vintage Americana aesthetic, but maintain a modern feel in keeping with the magazine brand. The coasters were to be letterpress printed, then photographed to serve as bar category headers. There was a mere 7 days from initial contact to delivery for the photoshoot.”
