Hype Studio Branding by Gabriel Fagundes
Published Sep 28, 2023
Graphic designer Gabriel Fagundes created this minimalist brand identity for Hype, an architecture firm based in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
The visual identity incorporates grids and outlines to reflect the foundational elements found in architectural plans and projects. The custom typographic logo, along with the simple black and white color scheme, solidifies the brand’s refined and elegant aesthetic.
“The outline grid that structures the visual language was inspired by the Fibonacci sequence, which is used by the studio in some of its architecture projects. The use of Fibonacci in the construction of grids is exemplified in the last images. The high relief brought volume and elegance to some of the pieces, such as the folder and the business card.”
