KwangHo Shin is a South Korean artist who creates emotionally charged portrait paintings. His work, which is deeply influenced by the principles of Abstract Expressionism, explores the intricate connection between inner emotions and external appearances.
Shin’s work has been exhibited internationally, including showcases at the Goethe Institute Korea Gallery in Berlin and the Bien Gallery in Seoul, among others. His technique involves a dynamic combination of vibrant oils and charcoal drawings, which he uses to distort and reimagine the human face.
