Polish landscape photographer Marcin Zajac has a remarkable ability to reveal familiar places from entirely unexpected perspectives. Now based in Northern California, Marcin spends his free time chasing light across deserts, coastlines and mountain ranges, creating images that balance technical precision with a strong sense of wonder. Among his latest highlights is a striking aerial photograph of the Golden Gate Bridge, perfectly framed by the bridge’s own towering steel structure, which was named a finalist in the International Aerial Photographer of the Year awards.

In his work, Marcin consistently seeks compositions that feel both epic and intimate. Many of his images rely on natural frames, leading lines and carefully timed celestial alignments.
