The Cinematic Concept Art of Max Mitenkov
Published Jul 30, 2025
From medieval ruins haunted by ghostly figures to alien deserts stretching into the unknown, the worlds imagined by Max Mitenkov are pure cinematic eye candy.
His work reminds us of the sci-fi explorations of Cornelius Dämmrich, but with a broader scope. Alongside futuristic landscapes, his portfolio includes scenes straight out of a dark fantasy saga, featuring knights wielding glowing relics, towering stone giants sprawled across wastelands, and lone adventurers navigating forgotten underground temples. Every image has an incredible sense of atmosphere and feels the opening scene of a story full of mystery, danger and the promise of something bigger just out of view.
You can explore more of Max’s cinematic universes on Behance, ArtStation or his Instagram.
