Miniature Replicas of Vintage Computers by Miniatua

Published Nov 28, 2023

Nicolas Temese, better known as Miniatua, is an artist who creates incredibly detailed miniature replicas of old computers and mainframes.

Based in Montreal, Nicolas spends his days as a technical director at an animation studio. However, his passion for intricate and detailed work is what drives him to create these stunning micro masterpieces in his spare time.

At the heart of Miniatua’s work is an obsession with accuracy. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted to be as true to the original as possible. This dedication to precision has resulted in some truly breathtaking replicas, including a miniature model of the iconic 1959 IBM 5150 personal computer.

Take a look at Miniatua’s website for the full collection, of follow his Instagram account for the latest updates.
