Portuguese artist and designer Gaspar Costa brings a timeless elegance to contemporary branding with his intricate, engraving-style hand-drawn illustrations. Specializing in vintage-inspired packaging and hand lettering, his work is defined by remarkable attention to detail and intentional craftsmanship.
Gaspar first studied product design at the University of Minho, but it was an illustration course with Daniel Silvestre that sparked his passion for pen-and-ink engraving.
Today, he channels his love for old-world techniques into meticulous compositions featuring animals, nature and everyday objects, each line carefully drawn by hand.
