Italian Nigerian designer and illustrator David Oku creates intricate artworks combining hand-lettering and illustrative elements.
“I’m crazy about illustration it’s bordering on an addiction. In my professional environment, I’m known for Logo Design, Icons, Layouts, Web Templates, branding & Typography. My work has been used for various purposes including exhibitions, advertising, t-shirt design, branding and books. I have 2 years studio experience before I Graduated as a creative art-worker for Mediaticamente in Milan. In 2011 I moved to London obtaining a Degree in Design for Visual Communication at London College of Communication (UAL). At present, I am working as a Freelance Graphic Designer and Illustrator, working with lots of independent business owners.”
