This is not your average lawn ornament, but a 21-foot tall art installation by artist Matthew Mazzotta. “Home” is a vibrant piece that captures the beauty and charm of Florida’s iconic bird in an unexpected setting.
As travelers from around the globe navigate through the airport, they are greeted by the sight of the giant flamingo, dipping its head as if to drink or forage. The installation, made from hand-sculpted resin and fiberglass, captures a moment of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of travel.
