Gucci Series: Upcycled Pop Culture Sculptures by Gabriel Dishaw

Indianapolis-based artist Gabriel Dishaw is known for his unique sculptures inspired by pop culture, fantasy, and video games. Through his innovative approach to upcycling, he transforms discarded materials into mesmerizing works of art.

Gabriel’s “Gucci Series” is a stunning fusion of high fashion and pop culture, featuring a range of sculptures that combine discarded Gucci pieces with iconic characters. Among the artwork in this series are creations inspired by Star Wars such as “GroGucci”, “GucciLorian” and “R2G2”, as well as Pokemon characters, including “SnorLucci”, “Guchu” and “GucciPuff”.

With his latest series, Gabriel’s creative prowess continues to shine through, as he successfully marries the worlds of fashion, pop culture and sustainability in his art.
