AYANEO Unveils KONKR Fit and Shares New Details on Pocket Play

AYANEO has just confirmed a number of specs for the upcoming Pocket Play, alongside the reveal of the KONKR Fit, a larger, more powerful follow-up to the KONKR Pocket Fit.

AYANEO’s KONKR sub-brand has just expanded beyond the original Pocket Fit with the KONKR Fit, a new Windows-based handheld that brings a larger 7-inch 1080p 144Hz OLED display and a significant jump in performance over its Pocket sibling.

The device is now available for pre-order on AYANEO’s website, with early bird pricing starting at $999 for the Dragonveil Gold model with an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor, 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. A higher-end version with an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 470, 32GB of RAM and 1TB of storage is priced at $1299, with an additional Luminous Silver colorway available.

AYANEO has also shared new specifications for the delayed Pocket Play, their modern take on the Xperia Play gaming phone, with a similar slide-out controller design. Four color options will be available, including Deep Space Black, Stellar Silver White, Origin Gray, and the striking Crimson Red.

The device will feature a 6.8-inch 2400×1080 OLED display with a high refresh rate of up to 165 Hz, paired with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300 chipset. The processor choice has drawn mixed reactions, particularly from those hoping for a Snapdragon-based alternative.

Other specs revealed include a USB 3.2 Gen Type-C port with DisplayPort 1.4 support, high-speed Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and an 0815 X-axis linear motor with four vibration modes.
