“Through his art, Maezo hopes to bring colour and vitality into the world. He enjoys the freedom of creation and hopes that his work evokes this sense of freedom in his audience. Maezo is fascinated by street art and contemporary art, and his most significant source of inspiration is old school graffiti artists from New York.

He admires how these artists created many new aesthetic styles, despite no formal artistic training. Experimentation is key to Maezo’s creative process, and he seeks non-traditional painting techniques and enjoys combining unusual elements in his pieces. He produces his artwork using spray paints, acrylic paints and brushes.”
