Time to start gearing up for the Switch 2.

Nintendo has finally revealed the Switch 2, but there’s still a lot we don’t know about the console. We’ll have to wait until the upcoming Direct on April 2 for more updates on features, pricing and the official release date.

But while they’re still keeping some of the details under wraps, third-party accessory makers are already ahead of the game. Following some earlier leaks that revealed the handheld’s design, they’ve now started showcasing their lineups of Switch 2 accessories. From protective cases to enhanced ergonomics, there’s already plenty to get excited about. Let’s take a look.

dbrand Killswitch Case for the Nintendo Switch 2

dbrand’s original Killswitch case was a huge success when it launched for the Steam Deck, leading them to expand the lineup to other handhelds like the ROG Ally, Ally X and Lenovo Legion Go S.

Now, their upcoming Killswitch case for the Nintendo Switch 2 promises a durable, impact-resistant design paired with grippy handles for better ergonomics and a snug, precise fit.

JSAUX Accessories for the Nintendo Switch 2

JSAUX has been putting out some impressive accessories for devices like the Steam Deck, ROG Ally and Lenovo Legion Go.

Now, following Nintendo’s big reveal, they’ve unveiled a full lineup of accessories for the Nintendo Switch 2. First up is a protective case that is similar to dbrand’s popular Killswitch case, but it’s likely to come at a more budget-friendly price.

JSAUX Split Protective Case for the Nintendo Switch 2

The Split Protective Case is a rugged case that comes with a hard-shell front cover designed to shield your Switch 2 from drops, bumps and scratches. Combined with the grip case, it provides complete protection for the screen, edges and back of Nintendo’s new console.

But the most interesting thing about it is the modular, split design. This lets you detach the Joy-Cons with their ergonomic grips still in place, making it perfect for both handheld and docked modes. It’s well priced too, at just $29.99.

JSAUX Split Transparent Ergonomic Protective Case for Switch 2

If you’re planning to get a travel case and don’t need a hard-shell cover, this variant of the Split case could be a great option. It’s essentially a transparent version of the one listed above, without the tough front cover. It’s slightly cheaper too, at $25.99.

JSAUX Ergonomic Battle Armor Protective Case for Switch 2

If you play mostly in handheld mode and don’t care so much about detaching your Joy-Cons, the JSAUX Battle Armor case is worth checking out. This case offers some serious protection, as well as improved grips for more comfortable gaming sessions.

Crafted from a durable yet flexible material, it promises to deliver a perfect, snug fit while ensuring all ports and buttons on the Switch 2 remain fully accessible.

Price: $25.99

JSAUX Multi-Mode Joystick Cap & Thumb Grips for Switch 2

The original Joy-Con analog sticks had all sorts of issues, so fingers crossed Nintendo has made improvements for the Switch 2. If not, thumb grips like these can make a big difference. Designed for different types of games and play styles, these anti-slip joystick caps promise better responsiveness and increased precision during gameplay.

Price: $12.99

JSAUX Colorful Ultra-thin Carrying Case for Switch 2

This slim, custom-fit case for the Nintendo Switch 2 features a soft inner lining to keep your handheld secure and snug. For now, there’s only a bright orange version listed on JSAUX’s website, but additional color options should become available closer to the console’s release.

Price: $25.99

More Nintendo Switch 2 Accessories from JSAUX:

iVoler Carry Bag for Nintendo Switch 2

iVoler was among the first companies to reveal an accurate 3D-printed model of the Nintendo Switch 2, giving us an early glimpse of its updated design. Using that model, they crafted this carrying case, which is specifically tailored to accommodate the Switch 2’s larger form factor. The company says the interior can house not only the handheld but also game cartridges, cables and other accessories, keeping everything organized and easily accessible.

Nacon Carrying Case for Nintendo Switch 2

Nacon is also developing several accessories for the Switch 2, including this spacious carrying case designed to hold the handheld along with plenty of accessories.

Nacon Folding Desktop Steering Wheel for the Switch 2

Another interesting upcoming accessory from Nacon is this steering wheel Joy-Con attachment. It features a foldable design for customizable angles and suction cups at the bottom for stability while playing on desks or tables. Perfect for those long Mario Kart sessions with friends.

Genki Accessories for the Nintendo Switch 2

Genki is another manufacturer that leaked images of the Switch 2 ahead of Nintendo’s big reveal. Using a 3D-printed model of the handheld at CES, the company showcased their upcoming accessories, including a case with detachable grips and a Joy-Con charging stand.

While there’s isn’t a lot of information available about these products out there yet, they’ve set up a dedicated page on their website for the Switch 2 accessory lineup.

The new products will also be listed on their Amazon page, so be sure to bookmark that one too.

That’s it!

These are all the Nintendo Switch 2 accessories we’ve come across so far. We can’t wait to test them out and see how they perform—once we get to pair them with the new Switch, of course!
