Drygate Beer Packaging by D8

Published Jun 22, 2015

UK-based agency D8 (previously) collaborated with graduates of The Glasgow School of Art to create this amazing limited-edition packaging set celebrating Drygate Brewing Company’s first birthday.

“The Drygate positioning is all about open, fearless brewing to achieve the exceptional. The spirit of collaboration has been a characteristic of the brewery since day one, when we partnered up with graduates of The Glasgow School of Art to create a series of illustrations for the labels of the core range beers.

When the idea of the special first anniversary bottling was floated, we had to respond in kind. Teaming up with GSA again, we designed bespoke, hand-wrapped, individually signed packaging.”

Artists: Fran Caballero – ‘Gogoplata’, Rae-Yen Song – ‘Paper Towel Holder’, Isabella Widger – ‘Artisan Communication’, Paul Flynn Brady – ‘POW’, Alice Hoskins – ‘Hops’, Matthew Bainbridge – ‘2 Cool 4 U’.
