Bold Geometric Illustrations by Ray Dak Lam
Published Mar 25, 2025
Ray Dak Lam is an Edmonton-based designer and illustrator with a diverse portfolio that features both beautiful figurative art and carefully constructed abstract pieces.
Ray’s style is defined by a love for geometry, as he combines simple shapes, vibrant colors and organic textures to craft eye-catching illustrations. His versatility allows him to seamlessly shift between narrative-driven figurative illustrations and multilayered abstract compositions, never losing that signature balance of structure and playfulness.
When he’s not busy in his studio, he enjoys cooking Vietnamese dishes and practicing Chinese calligraphy. And if he’s not drawing or cooking, you might catch him hanging out with his cat.
