“Astronauts” Photo Series by Martin Birkner

Published May 18, 2012

Beautiful series by Martin Birkner aka Noodlez, a German photographer based near Dortmund.

“In my youth I was influenced by the early german Hip-Hop Scene, trying to Breakdance, Rap and writing bad Graffiti. I went to art university and passed a classical art education- drawing nudes and painting with oil-colour. Finally I graduated in graphic design. In the south of France I swashbuckled with pirates and photographed people falling from surfboards. As a big fan of cinematography I came across the cinema-business by accident. There I worked several years designing cinema-posters and film-covers. Now I am working as a freelance photographer & retoucher-catching beauty, telling stories and creating conceptual projects.”
