Amazing Hand Paintings by Annie Ralli

Published Oct 4, 2012

Artist and body painter Annie Ralli collaborated with London-based photographer Ray Massey to create some incredible hand illusions for an advertising campaign for Ecclesiastical Insurance, an insurance company using the tagline “You’re in good hands”.

“Bodypainting is a skill I perfected working with still photographers. It is meticulous work, but it has to be carried out at speed, partly because the ‘canvas’ walks away at the end of the day and partly because paint is less stable on a living, moving base.

The work is fun and the results can be beautiful.”
