Bond is a branding-focused creative agency with offices in Helsinki and Abu Dhabi. The agency recently created a complete identity solution for the new University of the Arts in Helsinki.
“In the beginning of 2013, the Finnish Academy of Fine Arts, Sibelius Academy and Theatre Academy Helsinki merged into University of the Arts Helsinki. Bond provided the new top university with a complete branding solution. At the core of the visual identity is a simple and bold ‘X’ symbol that connects the top-level university brand with the three academy brands. The symbol is as rich with meaning as art itself: a starting point, a destination, a meeting place, a location, a signature, an unknown force, a warning, an irritant, a question, a solution…”
