The Pop Culture Alphabet by Danilo Trbojevic
Published Sep 3, 2024
Danilo Trbojevic is a talented graphic designer from Serbia who specializes in illustrations, logo design and typography. His unique contribution to the annual 36 Days of Type project combines fun pop culture elements with bold lettering.
Danilo’s illustrated alphabet draws inspiration from popular movies and TV shows, with each letter serving as a playful tribute to these classics. For example, the letter A depicts Patrick Bateman from American Psycho wielding a bloody axe, while the letter C showcases Tom Hanks’ character Chuck Noland from Castaway with Wilson the Volleyball. The menacing shark from Jaws is captured alongside the letter J, and P pays a stylish tribute to an iconic Pulp Fiction scene.
If you’d like to continue exploring Danilo Trbojevic’s fun creations, his work can be found on Behance, Dribble and Instagram.
