Symmetropolis: Architectural Photos by Boluddha

Barcelona-based photographer Boluddha captured this series of stunning architectural images while visiting the Technical Administration Building of Hoechst AG in Frankfurt, Germany.
Designed by architect Peter Behrens, the building is an incredible example of Brick Expressionism. It is characterized by its symmetrical design, bold colors, and crystal motifs that can be seen in its light sources, such as windows and lamps.
“Intended as an ode to Industry, with its intricate symmetry and mesmerizing color scheme”.
Boluddha’s photographs capture the stark symmetry and beauty of this remarkable structure in all its glory. The photos also provide insight into how the building has been preserved over time and how it continues to be appreciated today.
