Siren: Magical Light Sculptures by Reuben Wu
Published Jan 15, 2025
Reuben Wu is back on the grid with a mesmerizing new series called SIREN. This collection of light paintings feels straight out of a dream, featuring glowing, curtain-like structures drifting above the waters of Lake Michigan. These illuminated forms look fragile and organic, echoing the motion of the lake’s waves.
But there’s more to these photos than just Reuben’s talent – a touch of cosmic luck was on his side too. While capturing these light sculptures during a Perseids meteor shower, the northern lights made a surprise appearance, making the shots even more breathtaking.
