Otherworldly Mountain Photography by Jan Kriwol

Polish photographer Jan Kriwol teamed up with Warsaw-based design studio Lange & Lange for two stunning series documenting outerwear created for performance brand Pajak Sport.

The first series, Anomaly, uses an abandoned meteorological station atop Sniezka mountain as its stage, a brutalist relic suspended above a sea of clouds. Snow-covered platforms, circular observatory windows and endless skies turn the summit into something that feels like the surface of a distant planet.

Cø_Lab shifts the focus indoors, focusing on spacesuit-inspired clothing captured inside an aeronautical research facility. Wind tunnels, observatory domes and Soviet-era space murals frame the modular designs, reinforcing their technical logic. The stark geometry of the observatory and the vast negative space around it amplify the sense of isolation, positioning the collection less as fashion and more as adaptive equipment built for extreme conditions.
