Orda Cave: Photography by Viktor Lyagushkin
Published Jul 22, 2011
Amazing images by Moscow-based photographer Viktor Lyagushkin.
“I want to show photos from my last project, which is dedicated to Orda Cave – the biggest underwater gypsum cave in the world, second in Eurasia and one of the biggest caves in the world regarding to volumes of its galleries. It is situated near Orda village (Perm region, Ural, Russia). There is extremely low water temperature – about 3C and 20C below zero on surface. The cave is extended – about 5 km. Under this circumstances shooting became very challenging.”
