Modernist Harmony in Nature: Houses by Felipe Caboclo Arquitetura
Published Sep 30, 2025
Brazilian studio Felipe Caboclo Arquitetura crafts residences that merge sculptural modernism with the natural landscape. In a series of striking visualizations by 3D artist Ricardo Canton, three of their recent projects highlight the studio’s refined use of geometry, materiality and light to create unique homes that feel both grounded and expansive.
In this feature, we’re highlighting the Flow House, a dramatic hillside residence defined by its cantilevered volumes and warm wooden interiors, the Ikebana House, which embraces natural light and lush greenery through open courtyards and rhythmic structural grids, and the Concreta House, where raw concrete and stone walls are softened by expansive glazing and terraces that open to the surrounding vegetation.
