Martin Ivanov’s Unique Fusion of Street Art & Design
Published Feb 25, 2025
Vienna-based artist Martin Ivanov, better known as Vodawotah, has been carving his path in the world of street art and graphic design for over a decade. Originally from Ruse, Bulgaria, his creative journey started in graffiti culture, where he began experimenting with tags and intricate lettering back in 2008. Over time, he shifted his focus from bold letter styles to dynamic characters, always looking to expand his creative horizons.
A unique aspect of Vodawotah’s work is the way he combines the worlds of street art and graphic design. Since moving to Vienna in 2021, this combo has become his signature style, with his murals often including layered typographic elements and the precision of digital design while staying true to the raw energy of graffiti.
