Loud Lines: Gig Posters by Pedro Correa
Published Mar 17, 2026
We’ve featured the work of Brazilian illustrator Pedro Correa several times in the past, and today we’re looking at a fantastic selection of gig posters that combine retro linework, saturated color and meticulous texture in powerful, high-impact compositions.
His designs incorporate a wide range of visual elements but often revolve around a single dominant image, from floating skulls for Foo Fighters to birds, serpents, octopuses and surreal hybrid creatures for bands like Queens of the Stone Age, Guns N’ Roses and Blink-182. Lettering is treated as part of the illustration rather than added on top, moving between psychedelic curves, block forms and custom type that locks into the image. His comic-book influence is easy to spot in the sharp contours and controlled shading, while the grain and limited palettes give the work a printed feel even when the compositions become highly elaborate.
We previously highlighted Pedro for his illustrations and sketchbook work, and these posters show how naturally his visual language extends into live music, where symbolism, atmosphere and typography all need to hit at once. You can discover more on his website, Instagram and Behance.
