Gorgeous Resin & Wire Hairpins by Sakae

We first featured the exquisite work of Japanese artist Sakae back in 2014, and she continues to create mesmerizing hair ornament pieces using meticulously shaped wire and colored liquid resin.
These beautifully translucent hair accessories created by the artist are much more than mere ornaments, they are miniature works of art. Each delicate piece embodies Sakae’s own interpretation of the Japanese kanzashi tradition, showcasing her distinctive style and custom techniques.
