Metallic Creatures: Sculptures by Brian Mock

Published Jan 12, 2024

Brian Mock is a talented artist based in Oregon who has become known for his remarkable ability to transform discarded metal into stunning sculptures.

Brian’s portfolio features a selection of metallic creatures, each more intricate than the last. His creations range from majestic lions to playful monkeys, and he even has an entire collection dedicated to dogs. All of Brian’s pieces are constructed entirely from recycled scrap metal and reclaimed materials.

In addition to his animal sculptures, Mock also works on commissioned projects that encompass a variety of subjects. Some of his ongoing projects include musical instruments, cowboy boots and human figures. This versatility demonstrates the breadth of his talent and his ability to see potential in every piece of scrap metal he comes across.

So, next time you’re about to discard an old piece of metal, take a moment to think about what it could become in the hands of a master like Brian Mock. It might just be the raw material for a masterpiece.
