Fantastic Kinetic Sculptures by Bob Potts

Published Jan 8, 2015

Artist Bob Potts builds beautiful kinetic pieces that replicate the movements of birds, fish and other animals by using a variety of metals like stainless steel, aluminium, brass, bronze and copper.

“Despite their intricacy the pieces are surprisingly minimal, Potts seems to use only the essential components needed to convey each motion without much ornamentation or flourish.”
