Fangyu Ma is an award-winning Chinese illustrator and designer based in Atlanta. She creates digital art that experiments with diverse subject matter, divided into two distinct categories: decorative and narrative illustrations.
Fangyu’s work has been featured in numerous exhibitions around the US, including New York, LA and Atlanta. She has also received a series of awards for her work, including recognitions by Communication Arts, American Illustration and the Society of Illustration of Los Angeles.
Her artwork is mostly produced digitally, but she also enjoys experimenting with various materials and techniques to vividly convey her stories. Her work has been characterized as whimsical and bright by those who have seen it.
