Adorable 3D Characters by Angel Rapu

Published Mar 18, 2024

Angel Rapu is a digital artist based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, who creates fantastic 3D character designs. His portfolio includes adorable renditions of famous musicians, charming animal illustrations, and even a captivating interpretation of Joaquin Phoenix’s Joker.

Angel’s 3D collection “Music Stars” is an artistic tribute to some of his favorite legends in the music industry. The collection features endearing caricatures of iconic figures like Freddie Mercury, Amy Winehouse and Michael Jackson. Rendered with simple shapes and features, each character retains the distinct personality and style of the original artist, but with a whimsy that adds a fresh, playful twist.

In addition to his music star collection, Angel has also ventured into the realm of film by putting his own spin on Joaquin Phoenix’s Joker, giving it exaggerated features and hauntingly empty eyes.

You can find more of Angel’s work on ArtStation and Behance.
