A Minimalist Feast for the Eyes: Tricota’s Branding for ITO Sushi
Published Apr 30, 2025
The design team at Tricota studio in Argentina has put together an eye-catching brand identity for ITO, a sushi takeout spot in Buenos Aires, mixing Japanese minimalism with a contemporary vibe.
The branding leans heavily on geometric shapes and a pared-back, duotone color palette of muted green and beige. This clever choice of tones manages to feel fresh, natural and refined, echoing the balance you’d expect from a neatly rolled sushi piece. Along with the clean design language and a bold typographic logo that sticks in your mind, these components come together to create a stylish and memorable look.
