Villas in the Sky: Yodezeen’s Tyrian Residences Rise Over the Mediterranean

Set along the sun-drenched landscape of Costa del Sol, Spain, the Tyrian Residences development reimagines seaside living through the vision of multi-award-winning studio Yodezeen.

Conceived as “Mediterranean villas in the sky,” the project translates the intimacy and atmosphere of a traditional villa into a sculptural beachfront residence that seamlessly connects with its natural surroundings. Each of its 40 ultra-luxury apartments, penthouses and duplexes features expansive terraces cantilevered toward the horizon, offering dual views of sea and mountains and ensuring total privacy. Interiors are generous and open, illuminated by natural light that moves fluidly through the spaces thanks to floor-to-ceiling glazing and a post-tensioned slab structure that eliminates internal columns.

Designed in line with WELL building standard principles, the project prioritizes health, comfort and environmental responsibility by integrating natural light, acoustic balance and sustainable materials throughout. The development also includes a “Smart Boulevard” with speed-sensitive lighting and a drought-tolerant landscape, as well as super garages with private lifts directly connecting to each penthouse.
