VHS Tape Poster Collection by Xavier Esclusa Trias
Published May 28, 2024
Barcelona-based art director and designer Xavier Esclusa Trias created this awesome poster collection inspired by the timeless designs of vintage VHS and cassette tapes.
In the VHS era, the sleeves for blank tapes provided the perfect canvas for distinctive and eye-catching graphic design. Drawing from iconic brands like Sony, JVC, Panasonic and BASF, Xavier developed a series of visual compositions that celebrate the aesthetic charm of the 80s and 90s, distilling the essence of VHS and cassette tape branding into modern minimalist posters.
