The Magic of Greenland: Photos by Albert Dros
Published Jan 25, 2023
Landscape photographer Albert Dros (previously here and here) captured the natural beauty of the Arctic during a 4-week journey to Ilulissat and Disko Bay in Greenland.
From sailing through the icy blue waters surrounded by icebergs, to capturing the quaint residences during a walk across the bay – Dros’ photos capture the unique experience of traveling to one of Earth’s last great wilderness areas in stunning detail.
The photographer’s awe at being able to witness such stunning nature firsthand is tangible in every single shot. The pictures convey a sense of calm and serenity, with beautiful colours depicting both dramatic landscapes and exquisite wildlife moments that can only be seen in Greenland.
