The Kelpies: Equine Sculptures by Andy Scott

Scottish sculptor Andy Scott creates amazing statues often tackling the theme of equine sculptures.
His latest project entitled “The Kelpies” is currently the world’s largest pair of steel horses heads, standing at 100 feet tall.
“The Kelpies are modelled on heavy horses (two Clydesdales of Glasgow City Council actually served as models in the process) and it is this theme of working horses which captured my imagination and drove the project.”
