The Finery Report Rebrand by Evan Wijaya

Graphic designer Evan Wijaya created this bold visual identity in 2023 to mark the fifth anniversary of Indonesian media platform The Finery Report (TFR News). Founded in 2018, TFR has become a key voice in documenting how the local creative industry operates, reporting not just on trends and products, but on the people, culture and systems that shape them.
Evan’s rebrand celebrates that mission with a dynamic visual language built around the idea of scale, amplifying creative voices to reach a wider audience. The refreshed TFR logo embodies this concept both literally and metaphorically, resembling a ladder or set of steps that suggest progress, growth and elevation.
Vibrant colors, oversized typography and playful compositions bring energy to every touchpoint, from print to digital. The bold pairing of electric blue, orange, green and magenta reinforces TFR’s confident and contemporary outlook, while modular layouts echo the expanding and interconnected nature of today’s creative communities.
