Dale Lendl, aka heymoonly, is an artist based in the Philippines who creates electrifying illustrations with a cyberpunk aesthetic. His “Neon Pop” series blends internet culture, pop art, vaporwave visuals and Japanese elements into visually stunning compositions.
The first thing that you’ll notice about the “Neon Pop” series is Dale’s bold and high-contrast use of color. His illustrations are a burst of neon hues featuring strong female characters, Japanese motifs and a nostalgic 80s and 90s feel.
