New Jersey–based designer, illustrator and hand letterer Jessica Nam fills her compositions with color, emotion and expressive typography. Her work captures everything from uplifting affirmations to introspective moods, all rendered through meticulous lettering and vibrant palettes.
A graduate of the School of Visual Arts in NYC, Jessica has spent nearly a decade designing apparel graphics for brands like Levi’s, Converse and American Eagle. She says her creative journey when she was just a kid, “tattooing” her friends’ names in pen during recess — a small bit of mischief that ended up sparking a lifelong love of letterforms.
