It’s been a while since we’ve featured the fascinating work of Fabian Oefner here on the grid.
Fabian’s practice often involves the deconstruction of common objects, from sneakers to tape recorders and everything in between. Once these objects are fully disassembled, he reconstructs them a new, unexpected way. The results are surreal and beautiful works of art that speak to the fragility and interconnectedness of our world.
