Creativity with Intent: Illustrations by Sean Loose
Published Jun 17, 2025
Brooklyn-based illustrator and designer Sean Loose works across branding, editorial, motion and event design, always bringing a bright, structured charm to everything he touches.
With a background in building illustration systems for digital products, his work hits that sweet spot between expressive character and clean functionality. One of our favorite projects is his official poster for the 2019 US Open, where a fan-centric concept celebrated not just the athletes, but the energy of the crowd itself. That balance between storytelling and accessibility runs through a lot of his work. His style leans into bold shapes, soft edges and expressive color palettes that keep things welcoming and human.
