Burning Man: Photography Series by Luciano Koenig Dupont
Published Mar 3, 2023
Ecuadorian photographer and art director Luciano Koenig Dupont has recently released an impactful visual series revolving around post-pandemic mental health issues.
The ‘Burning Man’ series combines portrait photography, makeup art and polygonal masks in a powerful way, aiming to bring awareness to the mental health struggles that so many are facing after living in quarantine for numerous months. In his own words:
“All visual expressions are a fundamental tool for documenting and expressing humanity’s feelings, and photography has always had the mission of leaving a trace of man’s passage through time.”
Luciano’s creativity is expressed through thought-provoking imagery that can connect with audiences on an emotional level; inviting them to empathize with those suffering from post-pandemic mental health issues.
