Art vs Chocolate: Wonderful Creations by Gonzo Jimenez

Gonzo Jimenez is a US-based Argentinian chocolatier and pastry chef whose creative and unique approach to chocolate art has earned him a loyal following across the globe. Some of his awesome recent creations include a chocolate Grogu, aka Baby Yoda, as well as Vecna from Stranger Things.
Jimenez was raised in a Spanish household surrounded by good food and long family meals, and that’s where his love for the culinary world started to blossom.
His incredible creations have been published in European and North American pastry magazines such as Dulcypas from Barcelona, Dessert Professional and the New York Times. He was also one of the stars on the first season of Netflix’s Bake Squad series.
Gonzo is currently the co-owner and chocolatier of Miette et Chocolat, and resides with his wife in Denver.
