The restaurant&#8217;s name and symbol both trace back to the bear, an animal chosen to represent strength, resilience and the protective spirit of the restaurant’s experienced chef and founders.</p>\n<p>The main visual element is the silhouette of a bear inside a stone oven, bringing together the natural and artisanal elements behind the brand. A custom wordmark paired with a muted palette of olive green, stone, cream and copper adds warmth, while monochromatic illustrations of bears, forest landscapes and Italian ingredients reinforce the restaurant’s rustic atmosphere.</p>\n<p>Across menus, uniforms, packaging, signage and digital applications, the branding balances expressive artwork with carefully restrained typography and tactile finishes. Watercolour-style compositions featuring seafood, olives, tomatoes and prepared dishes celebrate the ingredients at the heart of the menu, creating a cohesive visual world rooted in Italian
