“Pizza is the New Black” is a great self-promotional project by Parisian design studio Black Pizza.
Working in collaboration with food stylist Julie Basset and photographer Erwan Fichou the studio produced a visually scrumptious but inedible series of creative pizzas.
“In homage to this worldwide legendary symbol of finger-licking pop culture, Black Pizza playfully takes off its name and publicly declares its love for color thanks to this culinary, yes, but inedible color swatch. White Myst, Brown Sugar, Pink Lady… Each of our 11 pizzas expresses a playful theme in their name and composition.”
