Global Fund for Children: Branding by Belen Ramos
Published Oct 19, 2018
Beautiful identity work for the Global Fund for Children, created by Belen Ramos, an Argentinian designer and art director working and living in Australia.
“Global Fund for Children advances the rights of children and youth facing poverty and injustice, and supports them to reach their full potential. They do this by partnering with innovative, locally led organisations, helping them deepen their impact and build their capacity for social change.
I was approached to create a new brand for them that reflected their mission and values. Global Fund for Children helps transform lives through their different focus areas: education, gender equity, youth empowerment and freedom from violence and exploitation. This lead to the creation of graphic elements that represented these areas. The colour palette — bright and colourful — helps to portray the positive work they do. And the logo explores the fact that children are at the core of everything they do.”
