Design Students reimagine iconic books as handmade artworks
Published Apr 20, 2015
A group of graphic design students at Shillington were asked to reimagine their favorite books or films in stunning style, without using a computer.
The students used traditional illustration and craft skills to produce each cover and poster by hand.
“Among the titles given the raw, handmade treatment were The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, The Adventures of Tintin, The Jungle Book, My Fair Lady and Wall Street.
All the work was created as part of the full-time graphic design course at Shillington, which has campuses in the UK, USA and Australia.”
